As the evening light fades, you’re invited to slow down, breathe deeply, and find comfort in a warm, cozy space surrounded by nature. Sip herbal tea or hot chocolate, enjoy light snacks, and settle into a soft, nurturing atmosphere designed to help you release tension and recharge.
Dress cozy — think sweaters, sweatpants, and fuzzy socks — and prepare to melt into relaxation.
Your Evening Flow
6:00 PM – 7:15 PM | Arrive & Unwind• Explore the beautiful greenhouse space and gardens. Sip herbal tea or hot chocolate and enjoy nourishing snacks. Receive a complimentary mini massage. Browse simple wellness-inspired goods. Set up your cozy space for the evening.
7:15 PM – 7:30 PM | Transition & Settle In Find your spot and let go of the day. Ease into calm with mindful breathing and soft lighting
7:30 PM – 9:00 PM | Yin Yoga & Sound Bath Journey. Sink into long, restorative Yin postures for full-body release. Be guided into deep relaxation with sound bowls and soothing tones. Let the combination of movement, breath, and sound invite peace and inner stillness
