"Baking is the art of turning simple ingredients into happiness."
Our saskatoon pie, saskatoon Butter tarts, saskatoon scones (and much more) are all made with berries grown on our farm and baked fresh every morning. We personally value quality and take the extra steps to deliver that to you, which is why we use organic, traditionally milled flour sourced locally.

Saskatoon Farm Sourdough Bread
Did you know that real sourdough is made with just a few simple ingredients?
At the farm, we bake our sourdough using organic flour from a local supplier, our own sourdough culture, water, salt, and a touch of brown sugar—that’s it.
No commercial yeast. No additives. No vinegar.
Our sourdough starter is over 12 years old, carefully maintained and nurtured over time. It’s the heart of every loaf we bake, giving our bread its signature depth of flavour and character.
Unlike many store-bought breads that are made quickly with added yeast and preservatives, real sourdough is a slow process. Each loaf goes through a natural fermentation, allowing the flavours to develop fully and making it easier to digest for many people.
We also make our signature Saskatoon Sourdough bread using our own farm-grown berries, adding a subtle sweetness and a true taste of the farm.
It’s slower, more intentional… and you can truly taste the difference.
