Join Shawna for a transformative 8-week yoga series designed to release tension, improve flexibility, and enhance mobility using cork rollers and massage balls. This program blends guided myofascial release techniques with yoga poses to help you move better, feel better, and restore balance in your body.

What You’ll Experience Each Week:

  • Targeted Myofascial Release – Learn to use cork rollers and balls to relieve muscle tightness and improve circulation.

  • Yoga & Mobility Work – Integrate rolling with yoga poses for a full-body stretch and deeper release.

  • A Progressive Program – Each week builds on the last, helping you develop a sustainable self-care routine.

Meet Your Instructor: Shawna Z
Founder of the Wine & Yoga Club, Shawna creates a welcoming, educational, and effective environment where students can feel supported. Her classes are approachable for beginners and meaningful for experienced yogis, with many students forming lasting friendships through the community.

What to Bring:

  • Yoga mat

  • Massage balls & roller (cork recommended)

  • Two yoga blocks (cork recommended)

  • Water bottle

  • Optional: yoga strap & bolster for additional support

Need equipment? We offer high-quality cork massage tools and props and can help you choose the best options before the program begins.

Program Details:

  • Dates: Thursdays, Oct 2 – Nov 20, 2025

  • Time: 9:30–10:30 am

  • Location: The Saskatoon Farm (15 minutes south of Calgary) or online

  • Investment: $160 for the 8-week program | $25 drop-in
